In most cases many still considered them as savages, and decided that if anyone acted as such they would be locked in a cage. According to the criminal justice system records in 2014, the United States Supreme Court ruled that 176 Acts of the U.S. Congress were unconstitutional. Those acts required judicial reviews by a special committee. According to the fifth amendment, the government must follow the laws, and amendments properly; and not violate rights given by the constitution while seeking a criminal conviction, and if there are violations then that conviction will not stand. The Sixth Amendment states that a defendant has the right to an impartial jury. Can an African American defendant that is highly known that resides in a former slave occupied state have an impartial jury? If not, would that not be considered a fair trial? A man with a non-certified birth certificate with a social security card with the name York was tried, and imprisoned while his constitutional rights were violated by not being allowed to have an impartial jury. This man known as Dr. York fourth, fifth, and sixth amendments rights were violated, and no officer of the judicial branch acted in favor for the American people that are innocent until proven guilty. According to the data collected by the justice department, this man was given the name Dwight D. York so that he could be imprisoned along with the identification number 17911-054. The records also contain data that the Mann Act charges originate from the state of New York. Shouldn't his trial have been in New York instead of the state of Georgia with the Confederate Battle Flag.
