Plaintiff alleges a two-year pattern of the listed events from her former supervisor, which created a pervasive and hostile work environment. The jury ruled in favor of the Plaintiff on the count of battery and awarded her $250,000. The jury confirmed the offensive bodily contact made without Plaintiff's consent and awarded $200,000 in punitive damages and $50,000 in compensatory damages against Plaintiff's former supervisor, Dr. N.V. Kishore Pillarsetty. Imbesi Law Group P.C. and Michael P. Lagnado were able to overcome Defendants' denial of all allegations and confirm the unlawful conduct of Dr. Pillarsetty.
