SANY America, construction equipment supplier, awarded major contract with Sourcewell

PEACHTREE CITY, Ga. - May 22, 2023 - PRLog -- SANY America, construction equipment supplier, awarded major contract with Sourcewell.

Following a rigorous vetting process, Sourcewell has awarded SANY America a 4-year cooperative purchasing contract that will see SANY's family of heavy equipment gain exposure to North America's most prominent purchasing cooperative representing more than 50,000 United States and Canadian government, education and nonprofit organizations. The contract, which commenced on April 14th, will quickly and easily connect the construction equipment manufacturer and its dealership network with public agencies which make up Sourcewell's membership base.

From start to finish, public procurement can be a nuanced and time-consuming process, especially for SLED (State, Local, Education) agencies. It can often be demanding for the limited resources at their disposal, which leaves them running short on time and stretched razor thin. These delays can waste taxpayer dollars and keep necessary projects from getting off the ground. Sourcewell, a public agency and buying cooperative, enables better public procurement for government and educational institutions by giving them the tools they need to navigate the procurement process in an expeditious manner.
