FC Cincinnati is in 1st Place! D1 Training-Anderson Twnp is Developing Future Soccer Standouts

CINCINNATI - July 16, 2023 - PRLog -- FC Cincinnati (FCC) has successfully climbed to the top of the MLS standings. It took years of dedicated training for FCC's elite players to reach this level. This training went beyond skills training and included high level focused strength & conditioning training to build speed, strength, agility, and reduce injury risk. D1 Training is a national brand that specializes in developing over 100,000 young athletes, thousands of collegiate athletes, and hundreds of professional athletes. D1 Training is now in Anderson Township (8315 Beechmont Ave., Suite 40, Cincinnati, OH 45255), and is ready to inspire and motivate area athletes to achieve their fitness goals.

Research indicates that a strength and conditioning program conducted by licensed professionals is a critical component to enabling young athletes to develop and excel in their chosen sports; especially if they have aspirations to succeed at the high school, collegiate, and professional levels. According to General Manager, Alice Trickey, "D1 Training is the place for the athlete! We utilize the same state-of-the-art fitness equipment that FCC trains with. D1's training programs are age-based. It offers Private Training, as well as Group Training sessions. D1 Training is currently taking appointments to determine if prospective young athletes are right for this training program. As this is an elite program, spots are limited.
