"The media day & tip off classic is a step towards elevating exposure for girls sports." Journalists will have the opportunity to ask coaches and players questions about their upcoming season and future athletic plans. Basketball teams scheduled to participate in media day represent high schools from around the state of Alabama. High Schools scheduled to attend include: Hewitt-Trussville, Huffman, Shades Valley, Parker, Pelham, Fultondale, Hillcrest, and Wenonah This year's event is sponsored by First US Bank and Eugene's Sports Performance Apparel.
