Dr. Stephanie Kinsey completes advanced professional training and continues local philanthropy

ST. AUGUSTINE, Fla. - Nov. 13, 2023 - PRLog -- Stephanie Kinsey, DDS, owner and founder of Palencia Dental is a highly-focused dentist in St. Augustine, Fla. She recently attended continuing education coursework at the 2023 IAPA Conference in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Dr. Kinsey completed Foundations in Diagnosing and Treating Complex Cases, a hands-on curriculum with high level training in complicated dental cases including Transform your Body, Transform your Life with Physiologic Based Dentistry, and therapies for pain free dentistry. Dr. Kinsey also studied digital design flow for implant supported dentures. She completed classes on Longevity, How to live longer and healthier, along with smile designs for patients utilizing teledentistry.

Additionally, the practice has continued its local philanthropy efforts to benefit children and adults in need of free and low cost healthcare throughout St. Johns County during the Good Samaritan Health Centers, Inc., Wildflower Healthcare's 2nd Annual Putt-Putt Golf Fundraiser at Fiesta Falls Miniature Golf in St. Augustine, Fla. Dr. Kinsey donated $1,500 as a major donor hole sponsor and funded golfers to play in the fundraiser. In addition to donating her time and dental care to patients at Wildflower Healthcare, Dr. Kinsey serves on the nonprofit's executive committee and is the dental director.

For more than 28 years, Dr. Kinsey's concentration is in neuromuscular, sleep apnea, temporomandibular joint and temporomandibular joint disorder (TMJ/TMD), migraine pain dentistry treatments, and oral surgery, along with implants and cosmetic dentistry and facial aesthetics, to name a few.

She is an American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine (AADSM) Qualified Dentist. Her St. Augustine and Northwest St. Johns County dentistry practice is dedicated to restoring and enhancing the natural beauty of one's smile combining conservative and state-of-the-art procedures along with advanced dental medicine and aesthetics. She is also a Fellow with The International Association of Physiologic Aesthetics (IAPA) and serves as a member and Fellow with IAPA's founding organization, the Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dental Studies (LVI). She is certified with the Florida Board of Dentistry to administer intravenous (IV) conscious sedation for patient comfort during dental procedures.

Dr. Kinsey graduated with honors in 1994 from the University of Colorado Health Science Center in Denver, Colorado and was accepted into a General Practice Residency in Chicago, Illinois at the Illinois Masonic Medical Center as chief resident.
