St. Augustine, FL, USA – The 2d Marine Division Band from Camp Lejeune, NC, under the direction of Officer-in-Charge CWO3 Mark Pellon, with promoters Danny and Jackie C. Garcia and the Veterans Council of St. Johns County, Inc., invite the community to a Night of Lights Holiday Jazz Concert.  The US Marine Corps Big Band Jazz Ensemble will perform their holiday-themed program in the heart of St. Augustine, FL, to bring good cheer and joy to the residents of and many visitors to St. John County

The 2d Marine Division Band, "The Division's Own", is one of ten field military bands operated by the United States Marine Corps.  Field bands are staffed with musicians who are also combat-ready Marines. Known for their marching and musical excellence in a variety of musical styles, the members of the 2d Marine Division Band are consummate professionals and are proud of their role as musical ambassadors for the Corps.  The band plays over 500 performances yearly across the nation.

Join us for an evening of Christmas lights and jazz music with the 2d Marine Division Big Band.  All are welcome to this free community concert the at the Plaza's Gazebo.   Guests are asked to please bring their own chairs.
