Seats going fast for the Lee County Economic Development Office Annual Meeting

FORT MYERS, Fla. - Jan. 9, 2024 - PRLog -- Now is the time to register for the annual meeting of the Horizon Council, Horizon Foundation and Lee County Economic Development Office. Space is limited for the Thursday, Feb. 1 event and seats are going fast for those that would like to attend.

The meeting, being held at Broadway Palm Dinner Theatre, 1380 Colonial Blvd., will feature a State of the Economy, recapping the tremendous growth Lee County has seen, opportunities our community has experienced in 2023, a vision for 2024 and "passing of the gavel" celebration to formally recognize outgoing and incoming leadership.

The 2024 Annual Meeting will take place from 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Registration for the event is now open at https://horizoncouncilfoundation.com/am2024/. Tickets are $35 and include networking, a buffet lunch and the "passing of the gavel."

About the Horizon Council

The Horizon Council is a public-private board established in 1991 to advise the Lee County Board of Commissioners on economic development issues. The Council has up to 80 members representing cities; chambers of commerce; economic development and trade organizations; community, business, and education organizations; along with various officers and at-large members.
