SavAlex Agrees to Acquire More Residential Lots in Charlotte's "LoSo" area next to Olde Meck Brewery

CHARLOTTE, N.C. - Jan. 25, 2024 - PRLog -- SavAlex Homes, LLC ("SavAlex") entered into a definitive purchase agreement for additional residential lots in Charlotte's Lower South End ("LoSo").  Trey Brungardt, Head of Finance, stated, "Charlotte's LoSo area continues to be one of the Queen City's, and frankly, one of the Southeast's highest growth and trendiest areas."  Mr. Brungardt continued, "our acquisition strategy entails acquiring properties that afford our end customer, the homeowner, easy access to public transit, recreational activities, education centers, sporting events, shopping, dining, health care and an abundance of social activities.  This particular property is next to one of the first, Charlotte born breweries, the well-known Olde Mecklenburg Brewery."
