SavAlex Enters Another Agreement to Purchase More Residential Lots in Charlotte's Elizabeth Acres

CHARLOTTE, N.C. - Feb. 7, 2024 - PRLog -- SavAlex Homes, LLC ("SavAlex") entered into another final purchase agreement for acquisition of residential lots in the Elizabeth Acres area of Charlotte.  "What a magnificent location for home seekers in Charlotte", remarked Trey Brungardt, who presently serves as SavAlex's Head of Finance.  This neighborhood is conveniently located near the Queen City's Uptown, positioned between the ever-popular areas of Eastover, Elizabeth, Myers Park, and Cotswold.  Mr. Brungardt also noted, this action is in textbook alignment with SavAlex's strategy, which involves acquiring properties and building Live the Difference Homes that afford our end customer, the homeowner, easy access to public transit, recreational activities, education centers, sporting events, shopping, dining, health care, and an abundance of social activities."
