SavAlex Enters Agreement to Purchase Residential Property in Charlotte's Belmont Area

CHARLOTTE, N.C. - Feb. 10, 2024 - PRLog -- SavAlex Homes, LLC ("SavAlex") entered into a final purchase agreement for the acquisition of residential property in Charlotte's highly sought after Belmont neighborhood.  "This is yet another amazing location for potential Charlotte homebuyers", stated Trey Brungardt, SavAlex's Head of Finance.  "This highly sought after neighborhood is conveniently found near the Queen City's Uptown.  Additionally, this particular location offers a unique view of the city's skyline.  This is another planned move by SavAlex, to build more homes for Charlotte.  We continue to acquire residential property in the foremost locations around the Queen City and build our Live the Difference Homes that offer our buyers, easy access to public transit, recreational activities, education centers, sporting events, shopping, dining, health care and an abundance of social activities."
