ILIA Successfully Launches Youth Project Management (101)

DALLAS - Feb. 19, 2024 - PRLog -- Islamic Leadership Institute of America (ILIA) is pleased to announce the successful completion of Youth Project Management 101, an immersive project management course tailored for young adults in North Dallas. This innovative program combined essential project management skills with Islamic teachings for a transformative learning experience.

YPM101 covered fundamental project management topics, including project definition, scope, scheduling, cost analysis, quality assurance, risk assessment, and procurement strategies. Participants experienced a five-hour immersive session, complete with engaging hands-on activities, morning and afternoon snacks, and a delicious lunch. Each student received a copy of the course textbook "Project Management in 3 Hours" and the Youth Project Management Workbook to supplement their learning.

Through interactive sessions, students developed crucial life skills, including problem-solving, time management, project budgeting, and risk assessment. They gained insights into developing a clear vision, mission, and purpose for their projects, making the course invaluable for their personal and professional growth.

YPM101 catered to brothers and sisters aged 14 to 19, providing essential skills for high school students, college-bound individuals, and young professionals alike.
