NORFOLK, Va. - Feb. 29, 2024 - PRLog -- Unreasonable Kids, a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering young innovators, is thrilled to announce its upcoming event in partnership with SVT Robotics to inspire inclusion in the robotics industry. This event will take place on International Women's Day, celebrating the social, economic, cultural, and political achievements of women, with a focus on inspiring inclusion in the field of robotics.

SVT Robotics, a software provider that empowers IT teams to integrate, monitor, and scale robotics and automation, will host girls from James Blair Middle School in Norfolk, VA, for an immersive experience to inspire and empower the next generation of female leaders in robotics.

Morgan Wilson, a representative from SVT Robotics, expressed enthusiasm for the event, stating, "At SVT Robotics, we believe in the power of diversity and inclusion to drive innovation. By opening our doors to young girls and providing them with hands-on experience in robotics, we hope to inspire them to pursue careers in STEM fields and become leaders in the industry."

Ateba Whitaker, Founder of Unreasonable Kids, shared her excitement for the event, saying, "International Women's Day is the perfect opportunity to celebrate the achievements of women and inspire the next generation of female innovators. Through 'Inspire Inclusion,' we aim to highlight the significant impact of robotics on various industries and underscore the importance of diversity and inclusivity in shaping the future of technology."

The event will feature interactive workshops, discussions, and presentations to explore the impact of robots on the future, highlighting top automated industries, discussing big categories of automation and robotics, showcasing cutting-edge robotics technologies, and exploring the need for robots in today's world and how there is a need for more women innovators.

Unreasonable Kids and SVT Robotics are teaming up to celebrate International Women's Day on March 8, 2024 by igniting inspiration and empowering girls to delve into the realm of robotics innovation. This collaborative initiative is dedicated to cultivating a more inclusive and diverse landscape within robotics, striving to ensure that girls, an underrepresented demographic in this domain, are afforded equitable opportunities to both contribute to and reap the rewards of progress in this field.
