PRIVATE SCHOOL PUPS HOSTS ITS INAUGURAL 5K RUN (1-MILE WALK)

(Columbus, OH – March 7, 2024) It's time to lace-up your running shoes for a good cause! Private School Pups is thrilled to announce its 2nd Annual 5K Run (1-Mile Walk). Join us on May 19, 2024, at the Dublin Recreation Center 5600 Post Rd, Dublin, OH 43017.

Private School Pups is a charity that provides grants and funding for professional dog training for dogs that would otherwise be euthanized or surrendered.

Monica Mosure, the Founder of Private School Pups, shares her motivation behind the cause: "As an active volunteer within the rescue community for years, I often found myself wondering why dogs are euthanized or returned to shelters. From my experience, I believe a lack of education and training for both the adopter and dog can lead to so many missed opportunities for permanent adoption. Private School Pups is providing the funding assistance for education and training necessary for dogs and handlers to help our community save all rescue dogs."

Early birds can save time and secure their spot by registering early for the Private School Pups 5K race. Join us on race day, May 19th, to get an early start and pick up your race gear. Awards will be presented to the top three overall finishers in the following gender categories: female, male, and non-binary. Proceeds from the event will be used to provide grants for training and educating fosters.
