Tranquility Base USA, Inc. Announces Proposed Property for Nature-Based Therapy Center

TUCKER, Ga. - March 22, 2024 - PRLog -- Tranquility Base USA, a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization dedicated to providing Nature-Based Therapy to Military Veterans, First Responders, and Healthcare Workers suffering from Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) and Moral Injury (MI), is excited to announce the proposed location for its base in Blue Ridge, GA.

After an extensive search, Tranquility Base USA has identified a property in Blue Ridge, GA that aligns perfectly with its mission and vision. The property features a main structure that, despite requiring some repairs and remodeling, is ideally suited to serve as the lodge for Tranquility Base's therapeutic programs. Additionally, the property includes 100+ acres of land with a stream, providing ample space for additional cabin structures, a garden, and a working farm.

"We are thrilled to have found such a perfect location for Tranquility Base," said Dave Maddlone, Co-Founder. "The natural beauty and serene environment of this property will provide an ideal setting for our Nature-Based Therapy programs, allowing participants to heal and find peace surrounded by the beauty of nature."

Tranquility Base USA's proposed base will offer a holistic approach to therapy, incorporating activities such as hiking, gardening, animal therapy, cooking and mindfulness practices to promote healing and well-being among participants. The combination of the lodge, cabins, garden, and farm will create a supportive and nurturing environment where individuals can reconnect with themselves and their surroundings.

In order to move forward with the development in Blue Ridge, Tranquility Base USA is seeking support from the community. Donations are needed to fund repairs, renovations, and program development, ensuring that Tranquility Base can provide high-quality holistic care to those in need.
