Living585 Realty Collects School Supplies for Area Schools

ROCHESTER, N.Y. - July 24, 2024 - PRLog -- Living585 Realty is organizing a community-driven school supply drive to ensure that when students return to the classroom in September, they have the supplies they need to succeed. The Gates real estate office, in conjunction with the nonprofit, LuckyNote, which raises money for local school music and arts departments, are hoping to fill at least 25 backpacks with essential school supplies.

"We believe every child deserves the opportunity to start the school year prepared and confident," said Jason Johannsen, broker-in-charge of Living585 Realty.

Donation Details: Donations of school supplies are being accepted at 1553 Howard Road, Gates, NY. Drop-off times are scheduled for Saturday, August 10th, from 1:00-3:00 pm, and during business hours, Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, until August 26th.

"We invite community members, area businesses and organizations to participate and donate generously," added Johansen. "Together, we can help ensure a brighter future for our local students."

As a special treat, Lugia's ice cream truck will be onsite on August 10th from 2:00-3:00 pm, offering a sweet incentive for donors and volunteers alike.
