The Petrova Experience Celebrates CXDay with Customer Experience Strategy Conference for Executives

Inaugural conference from New York-based consulting firm gathers leaders to build the business case for customer experience transformation.

BROOKLYN, N.Y. - July 24, 2024 - PRLog -- Customer experience firm The Petrova Experience announces CX Strategy Conference 2024: From Vision to Reality.  The half-day event will be held Tuesday, October 1, from 8:00 a.m. – noon, at the Oppenheimer Offices (Oppenheimer & Co. 666 Third Avenue, 13th Floor, New York, NY 10017).  The CX Strategy Conference features keynote speakers and panelists with experience at companies including Kate Spade New York, JetBlue, Pfizer, and Airbnb, among others.

The conference, for an executive audience, includes networking and actionable conversations around how to develop the case for executive investment in customer experience and the path to ROI.

The event includes a networking breakfast, keynote speeches, and panel discussions. Keynote topics include "Why Should CEOs Care about Customer Experience" and "How to Sustain Strong CX." A panel of technology leaders will talk about "Leveraging AI to Create Great Customer Experience." An executive-focused discussion, this technology conversation focuses on AI from the perspective of decision makers, not vendors.
