We have restarted from scratch, but with a whole host of experience. We can now supply sea aged Cava, red and white wines and even ciders. All sea aged to perfection. Our new tanks for controlled ageing have now been made, bigger and better than before. And within weeks we will have hundreds of samples for people to taste. Then place the orders for what is the best wine ever. Our on-land sea water tanks have a patented system allowing the perfect temperature and even movement. It is completely dark inside the water where the bottles are submerged for a minimum of 3 months. Our experience tells us that, 3 months in our controlled tank environment is the same as 12 months in the open sea. Our tanks are held at a set temperature constantly allowing the wines to evolve. Obviously there is no pressure and no contamination from the open sea. So our bottles are perfect all through the ageing process. Our wines are softer, smoother and very moreish.
