Snipes and New Balance Back 2 School Tour Brings Joy and Supplies to The Bronx

BRONX, N.Y. - Aug. 25, 2024 - PRLog -- Snipes and New Balance, two of the most iconic names in footwear and fashion, teamed up for their highly anticipated Back 2 School Tour, making one of their impactful stops in The Bronx. This community-focused event, held at two key locations, P.S. 28X Mount Hope Centennial School and the East 165th Street, Boston Road & Cauldwell Avenue area, brought together families, students, and local residents for a day of excitement, giving, and preparation for the upcoming school year.

One of the highlights of the day was the involvement of the Slice of Excellence Organization, founded by Bronx native Lorenzo Bernardez. Dedicated to supporting and uplifting the local community, Slice of Excellence played a pivotal role in ensuring that the event was more than just about school supplies—it was about empowering the youth and setting them up for success.

At both event locations, students were treated to an array of essential school supplies, including New Balance book bags, setting them up with everything they need to start the school year off on the right foot. In addition to the supplies, attendees enjoyed a variety of complimentary treats, such as free tacos and slushies, adding a festive atmosphere to the day's events.
