Images by Steven Weisz of Art Imagined Photography to be Showcased at Expo Metro Miami Beach

LANSDOWNE, Pa. - Nov. 6, 2024 - PRLog -- Art Imagined Photography is thrilled to announce that striking images by photographer Steven Weisz will be featured at Expo Metro Miami Beach on January 18-19, 2025. This unique public art event takes place during Miami Beach's iconic Art Deco Weekend, and, now in its third year, Expo Metro Miami Beach promises to captivate visitors with Weisz's work, displayed on massive mobile billboards along Ocean Drive Promenade, running eight hours daily over the two-day showcase.

The event is set within the free, vibrant Art Deco Weekend festival, organized by the Miami Design Preservation League (MDPL), a longstanding advocate for Miami Beach's historic architecture and cultural heritage. This 48th annual celebration, with the theme Art Deco Centennial 1925-2025, draws over 50,000 visitors from around the world to experience guided architectural tours, artisan markets, a classic car show, lectures, films, live performances, and more. The event celebrates Miami Beach's Art Deco District, raising awareness of its historical significance and unique preservation.

Weisz's showcased images, originally taken in Philadelphia as part of his work with Philly Shutter Club, include two evocative compositions:

Modern Resolve at the Rodin: Capturing model Kristina Amoy at Philadelphia's historic Rodin Museum, this image merges modern style with classical elegance. Kristina's pose against a stone pillar, paired with a white shirt, striking red tie, and blazer draped over her shoulder, evokes sophistication and an understated rebellion. Her pleated skirt enhances the look, while natural light and soft shadows play against the architecture, conveying a powerful narrative of self-expression amid timeless beauty.

Windswept Serenity: Set against the coastal landscape of Corson's Inlet State Park, model Rose extends her arms gracefully as a flowing white fabric billows around her, contrasting with a sleek black dress and a clear blue sky. The interplay of textures and colors, highlighted by sunlight, adds depth and movement, capturing a sense of freedom and elegance in harmony with the natural surroundings.
