Jared Hortiales holds bachelor's degrees in Political Science and Public Administration from the Autonomous University of the State of Mexico (UAEMéx), Public Security from the Digital University of the State of Mexico (UDEMÉX), and Law from the Virtual University of the State of Guanajuato (UVEG). He is currently pursuing a degree in Cybersecurity Engineering at Saint Leo University in Florida, a degree in Computer Systems Engineering at MIU Miami, and a Master's in Public Administration and Government at UDEMÉX. Internationally, Hortiales was a member of the AGLOJOVEN Diplomatic Delegation at the Future Summit during the United Nations High-Level Week in New York.
