Mexican Student Brings Electoral Analysis to the International Stage in Miami

 
MIAMI - Jan. 12, 2025 - PRLog -- Jared Hortiales, a Mexican student and author of the book The New Era of Electoral Engineering, participated in the World Summit on Political Communication held at Florida International University's Biscayne Campus. During the event, Hortiales presented his work, discussing the role of technology in electoral processes with academics and experts in political communication.

As part of his visit to Miami, Hortiales donated a copy of his book to Jon Raphael, Director of Miami International University's campus, for inclusion in the university library, recognizing its relevance as an academic resource.

Jared Hortiales holds bachelor's degrees in Political Science and Public Administration from the Autonomous University of the State of Mexico (UAEMéx), Public Security from the Digital University of the State of Mexico (UDEMÉX), and Law from the Virtual University of the State of Guanajuato (UVEG). He is currently pursuing a degree in Cybersecurity Engineering at Saint Leo University in Florida, a degree in Computer Systems Engineering at MIU Miami, and a Master's in Public Administration and Government at UDEMÉX.

Internationally, Hortiales was a member of the AGLOJOVEN Diplomatic Delegation at the Future Summit during the United Nations High-Level Week in New York. Most recently, he received the Baja California State Youth Award.

Through his participation in forums like this and the inclusion of his book in international academic spaces, Hortiales contributes to discussions on the challenges of modern communication and electoral processes.
