Co-hosted by Dr. Kristy K. Dr. Kristy K. Taylor, founder of WORxK Solutions, LLC, is a military veteran, author, and Certified Professional Career & Executive Coach specializing in career branding, DEIA, and organizational development. She has lectured at Yale University and facilitated workshops for organizations like Walmart and Pathways to Housing DC, using her REBT DEIA Framework to build resilient teams.

Dr. Sarah Ratekin, founder of Happiness is Courage LLC, is a Navy veteran and Chief Happiness Officer who transforms workplace cultures with data-driven strategies. With experience across government, nonprofits, and corporate sectors, she fosters environments where happiness and productivity thrive.
