Feldenkrais® Week (18-25 May: £1935/€2325) teaches ways to improve one's natural gait through somatic education to enhance body awareness, reduce effort and enable pain-free movement. Price includes a private Feldenkrais® lesson, five Feldenkrais® group classes, body massages, detox compresses, relevant health checks/examinations, and group exercise sessions and lectures.

Active Summer Weeks (29 June – 6 July; 6-13 July: £1968/€2365) incorporates exercise into the detox programme – ideal for athletes and health-conscious enthusiasts. Expert physicians, coaches and therapists support and advise throughout the week. In addition to four IHHT Cell Trainings, the price includes bioimpedance measurements, partial body massages and optional lymphatic drainage, cranio-sacral therapy and shiatsu. Health checks, examinations, group coaching sessions (mental strength and activating activity) and lectures are also included. Mountain biking available on request.

Programmes, charged per person, include extensive weekly activities, wide-ranging services and an individually tailored organic Modern Mayr diet.
