NEW ORLEANS - Feb. 13, 2025 - PRLog -- RNGD, a national leader in construction services and one of the fastest-growing businesses in the Southeast U.S., has opened an expansive new headquarters campus in Jefferson Parish, Louisiana.

Home to RNGD's regional corporate headquarters, training center, and construction and manufacturing operations, the redeveloped 8-acre urban campus combines a 30,000-square-foot office building, a 25,000-square-foot training center, an expanded 80,000-square-foot manufacturing facility, a 10,000-square-foot tool and logistics warehouse and a 5,000-square-foot mechanic shop. A 6-acre adjacent property will function as a construction laydown yard for storing heavy equipment and supplies, as well as provide space for future expansion.

The entire 14-acre campus, which comprises 150,000 square feet of buildings, will serve as home base for RNGD's 265 New-Orleans-based employees and accommodate future growth of the quickly expanding business.

Delivered in just 192 days, the new headquarters campus exemplifies the breadth of the company's in-house expertise. RNGD managed the entire exterior construction process, maximizing quality control and efficiency. To build out the exterior, the RNGD Prefab team installed 113 wall panels, covering 17,000 square feet, with a production rate of 20 panels per day. This saved four weeks on the critical path, accelerating completion and occupancy.

Renegade Academy—RNGD's award-winning professional development program—will operate out of the onsite training center, which will also offer educational programming to serve individuals and organizations across the local construction workforce.

The company's expanded onsite manufacturing facility will support RNGD's growing team that specializes in steel fabrication and erection, as well as standard prefabricated elements for construction projects at every scale.

"As we expand our commitment to the city, state and region, we're excited to bring together our entire New Orleans team on the same connected campus," said RNGD Founder and CEO Wesley J. Palmisano. "Because the development enables cross-functional collaboration among RNGD teams, it will accelerate our mission to innovate and move the construction industry forward."

RNGD managed the design and construction of the entire redevelopment, leveraging its in-house expertise in commercial, heavy civil and infrastructure construction; steel fabrication and erection; and manufacturing of standard prefabricated elements. New Orleans-based EskewDumezRipple served as architect of all project elements.

The new RNGD campus is located at 1450 L&A Road, Metairie, LA 70001.

Established in New Orleans in 2013, RNGD is among the fastest-growing companies in the Southeast U.S. Recently established offices in Nashville, Tennessee, and Huntsville, Alabama, are accelerating the firm's ongoing regional expansion. In downtown Huntsville, RNGD is currently serving as developer and construction manager of the Lewter District, a landmark development anchored by 14 townhomes; a 75,000-square-foot Class A office building; and a historic building reimagined as a mixed-use development that includes a restaurant, bar and bakery.

RNGD's 2023 revenue of $264 million positions the company at No. 383 on the Engineering News Record (ENR) 2024 Top 400 Nationwide Contractors list.

Other recent company recognition includes earning the 2024 ENR Contractor of the Year award in the five-state Texas & Louisiana region, inclusion on the 2024 Inc. 5000 list of the fastest-growing private companies in America and recognition among the 2023 Inc. Best Workplaces (https://www.inc.com/best-workplaces/2023).
