By: Golisano Children's Hospital Attendees will join members of the Red Sox after the day's spring training game for a seated dinner on the field. Red Sox players are anticipated to participate depending on their schedule and availability. The Boston Red Sox have held spring training in Fort Myers since 1993 and have been holding events to support Golisano Children's Hospital for more than 30 years. This year, the series will again support the development of the new Golisano Children's Hospital Surgery Center. Last year, approximately 5,000 outpatient pediatric surgeries and procedures were performed at HealthPark Medical Center to treat fractures, tonsillectomies, adenoidectomies, ENT conditions, orthopedic maladies and appendectomies. The new surgery center will provide exceptional, compassionate care in a welcoming environment. The center will directly benefit children and families by reducing wait times, increasing efficiencies, lowering costs and improving access to emergency services. Individual tickets are $75 for adults or $35 for children under age 10. VIP individual tickets for $150 include a ticket for the game before the event, VIP early-bird access to the field including appetizers and drinks, VIP autograph time and a seat at a reserved VIP table. Dinner on the Diamond table for 8 is $575, and VIP table for 8 is $1,000. Tickets for $10 each and three for $20 are also available to anyone for a chance to win roundtrip airfare for two JetBlue Airways.
