IMAGE Studios Celebrates Victory as Wauwatosa Approves Tattoo and Body Art Ordinance

As Brittany approached her opening date with IMAGE Studios, the Wauwatosa Health Department denied her permit, citing the city's previous ban on tattooing.

Bobbie Peters, IMAGE Studios' leasing manager, took immediate action by reaching out to Wauwatosa city officials to advocate for a zoning change. The company's proactive approach and commitment to supporting their beauty and wellness professionals played a crucial role in bringing about this ordinance amendment.
