Steven Flockhart Delivers Inspirational Sermons Every Week

March 10, 2009 - PRLog -- Steve Flockhart is the head Pastor at New Season Church in Hiram, GA, west of Atlanta. The church opened to the public on February 17th, 2008. Steve Flockhart delivers weekly sermons on common issues faced by most people in their lives such as failure, disappointment, loneliness and discouragement. Most of his sermons are expository wherein he takes a Bible passage based on the theme of the sermon and explains it verse by verse. His sermons help people to be grow spiritually and mentally by reviving their connection with God and regaining a lost hope and faith.

Steve Flockhart delivers sermons on a different theme every month. The 2008 sermon series included Just Add Water, Cradle that Rocked the World, Who's the Boss of Your Bling, The Storms of Life, The RunDown, Prison Break, Family Jewels, Crash, and more. Out of these, the most popular sermon series was 'The Storms of Life'. This series included sermons on topics like depression, disease, doubt, fear, failure and death where Pastor Steve preached on how to weather life's storms and how to survive being shipwrecked. In January 2009, Steve Flockhart started with a new sermon series called 'Game On–you were not made to sit in the sideline'. This series emphasized the importance of teamwork and encouraged people to be part of the game called life. The sermons delivered in this series included Go After It, The State of the Church Address, The Body of Christ, and Teamwork Makes the Dream Work. In February 2009, Steve Flockhart started with a new series, named 'The Journey Home –The Father hasn't given up'. The sermons in this series are: The Running Away, The Regret, The Restoration and The Resentment. This series is aimed at answering questions like how do I get back?  Does He still love me? Will things ever be the same again?  In this series, he takes up the story of the Prodigal Son who wasted his fortune on wild living. Steve Flockhart will deliver sermons on the theme of 'identity path' in March 2009, and in April 2009 the focus of his sermons will be 'transformations'.
