The Fam gives a preview a new track off of the upcoming debut album Family Business entitled "Get Off My Ass" featuring and produced by Mr. Porter aka Kon Artis of the platinum group D12.

"Get Off My Ass" centers on making something happen for yourself and not being stagnate in your pursuit of life because nothing will be handed to you. To make things happen, The Fam had to get up and do something about it.

Family Business is schedule to be released pre summer 2009 and marks the first official album release from the collaboration of these three solo artists. With three different backgrounds resulting in three unique
perspectives, the three members of The Fam offer a fresh take on Hip Hop.  Pizon, a native of Queens, has been on the scene all decade, recently signing with Rawkus Records.  His rhymes are a product of the harsh realities of his troubled life.  Timid, having lived on all 4 coasts and calls Hawaii home, stakes his claim wherever Hip Hop may manifest worldwide.  He brings a global perspective to the table. EJ, a representative of Houston, effortlessly combines East Coast lyricism with Dirty South flavor.
