Cape Coral Energy Alternative Company To Provide Free Analysis For LCEC Net Metering Customers

March 22, 2010 - PRLog -- Lee County Electric Company (LCEC) customers with solar energy systems are billed at different rates than standard residential customers. Many LCEC customers are upset that they pay more for utility electric services through LCEC’s net metering program.
