Plymouth Hair Salon Hair Fitness Cuts With Care

July 5, 2011 - PRLog -- Plymouth Massachusetts salon Hair Fitness, the leading hair, style and beauty salon on Massachusetts South Shore has participated in the 2011 Relay For Life.

The Relay for Life event is organized and managed by the American Red Cross. Events are held in communities across the country. the Plymouth event was held June 24th and June 25th at Plymouth South High School.

The event" ...raised over $150,000 for the American Cancer Society so far.

The top corporate fundraising teams were PartyLite Hometown Walkers, Pilgrim Power Walkers and 2 Beat...Beating Cancer.

Hair Fitness Professional Stylists Stacey Glover and Andrea Tavares participated in a portion of the event, "Cut a-thon" The Stylists worked with a team that also included past and present cosmetology students that cut ponytails from donors which were then donated to make wigs for children with cancer.
