The British-American Business Council Houston (BABC), in partnership with United Airlines, developed the awards programme to recognize companies excelling in UK/Texas trade and investment. Awards are given in three categories; Mid-sized to Small Business, Large Corporate and the Consul General's Award for Corporate Social responsibility. Awards are open to Texas and UK based companies of all sizes and all sectors who are doing business in both countries. Award winners will be announced at a luncheon on October 5 at the Westin Memorial City.
