July 22, 2011 - PRLog -- RUNNING WIND FARM IS PROUD TO ANNOUNCE ITS ASSOCIATION
WITH GRAND PRIX JUMPER TRAINER/RIDER DARREN FINKELMAN

MIDLAND, NC -- Running Wind Farm is proud to announce its association with Grand Prix Jumper Trainer/Rider Darren Finkelman, who will be available at Running Wind Farm for jumping and dressage instruction/coaching of riders throughout the Charlotte and Carolinas region.

Darren is classically trained in both dressage and jumping. His broad based education was under the tutelage of some of the world's master trainers in Europe and the USA. After a successful junior career under the guidance of ARIA Master Instructor Raul de Leon, Darren trained intensively in Europe. During his 5 years abroad he trained with several of the World’s Masters and National Team Trainers including Major Hans Wikne (Sweden), Walter Christensen (Germany), Jürgen Koschel (Germany) and Paul Weier (Switzerland).

It is this training that prepared Darren for a successful career in the show ring. He competed at such shows as WEF, Spruce Meadows, Kentucky, Hampton Classic, Lake Placid, Beacon Hill, Atlanta and Biltmore. Darren’s most notable successes include winning the Cherry Blossom Grand Prix at the Atlanta Spring Classic and a top placing in the $200,000 Atco Power Queen Elizabeth II Cup at Spruce Meadows.

A seasoned professional, Darren offers a classical approach to the training of horses and riders which will prove beneficial for horses and riders of all disciplines. Combined with success in the Grand Prix ring, he is also a licensed USEF judge for Hunters, Jumpers and Equitation.

“At this stage in my career, I welcome the opportunity to share the knowledge that I have been fortunate to have acquired through my exposure to these leading Masters as well as my personal/first hand experiences in the arena. These methods have been time tested and can benefit all riders,” stated Finkelman.
