Daily Deal TV Contest Invites Merchants to Launch a Viral Video Deal For Free

Dec. 12, 2011 - PRLog -- Newport Beach, CA-- Daily Deal TV is offering the merchants of America an opportunity to rake in extra holiday sales.  They are asking merchants to create a short (under two minute) simple home- made video promoting their product or service. The video has to describe a special that will be available from www.DailyDealTV.com  that offers something from the merchant.  It can be any product or service and at any price. It just has to be something DailyDealTV.com can sell and Daily Deal TV will pay the merchant 60% of whatever the price of the coupon is.  So long as the merchant redeems the coupon, they will not only get 60% of each sale, they will get free promotion from Daily Deal TV.

There is no cost to the merchant at all. They can record their video on a smart phone or any simple video recording device and upload the video to YouTube or any online sharing service. Then they just email a link to the video to info@dailydealtv.com  .  Daily Deal TV will do the rest!

“The merchant should just do the best job they can at telling why people should buy the coupon. There is no particular minimum discount or anything else. It is just about creating something exciting people want to purchase,” said Alex Kanakaris, Chairman of Daily Deal TV, Inc.

Daily Deal TV will email the merchant an agreement guaranteeing 60% of each coupon sold, and Daily Deal TV will also embed the video into the online coupon and provide additional video promotion.  

“On top of all the sales and money that Daily Deal TV will try to generate, this will give merchants a chance to go viral with a promotion that costs them virtually nothing. Whichever videos get the most online views will also get extra promotion at no charge from Daily Deal TV,” a spokesperson for Daily Deal TV added.

It does not matter where a merchant is located.  Daily Deal TV will launch new territories to promote the deal,  and if the product or service can be bought online Daily Deal TV will promote the deal nationally.
