GPE Commercial Advisors (gpe1.com) reported closing 12 commercial transactions in the amount of $12.4M for 227,355 square feet in January 2012.

• $11.1M in commercial sales (215,132 SF)
• $1.3M in commercial leases (12,243 SF)

GPE Management Services successfully concluded construction supervision for tenant improvement projects totaling over $640,000 and 53,000 square feet of space.
