IN THE NAME OF THE DIVINE GOD OF LOVE

HAPPY SPRING AND NEW YEAR

آمد بهار عشقان تا خاکدان بستان شود           آمد ندای آسمان تا مرغ جان پران شود

Spring comes, oh lovers, so Earth becomes a garden,
The Heavenly whisper comes, so the bird of life soars again.

نوروزخجسته باستانی را به شما وخانواده محترم و همه هموطنان عزیزو تمام کسانی که در سراسر جهان این عید فرخنده را جشن می گیرند تبریک و تهنیت عرض می کنم. از حضرت عشق خواهانم که انشااله سال جدید برای همه ساکنان و موجودات  کره خاک سالی توام با سلامتی، خوشبختی، موفقیت، بهروزی، بهزیستی،  صلح و آرامش باشد. امیدوارم که در سال آینده  نوری از عشق و آگاهی وانسان دوستی از کبریای عشق برقلب تمام مردمان دنیا و رهبرانشان بتابد تا روح و  
رهبرانشان بتابد تا روح و قلبشان منور گردد و با تلاشی واقعی صلحی پایداررا درجهان پر آشوب   ما میسر سازند.

همانگونه که با آمدن بهار، طبیعت حیاتی تازه توام با زییایی وبرکت مییابد، آرزو مندم  که شکوفه های عشق و معرفت و امید در قلبها و روحهای تمامی مردمان جهان جوانه زده تا سال جدید سرشار از صلح و دوستی و انسانیت برای همه موجودات زنده و  طبیعت زیبای  زمین باشد.      
 
عید بر عاشقان   مبارک  باد              عاشقان  عید تان    مبارک  باد
عید  ار  بوی جان    ما دارد               در جهان همچو جان مبارک باد

Oh lovers, Happy New Year
If the New Year has a scent from our soul,
Be blessed like life in the world.



The new Spring and Norooz blesses our planet with a revival of beauty, bounty, and new life. As nature’s rebirth begins, I hope our hearts and souls also bloom the new buds of love, compassion, and hope, which could bring about a much more peaceful, loving, and caring year for all of earth’s inhabitants. Unfortunately, last year our world was plagued with wars and violence. Many people, including innocent children, women, and men have been killed or injured. Countless others suffer from insufficient food, shelter, and medicine. I pray to the God of love that this New Year and Spring will be a healthy, happy, prosperous, harmonious, and peaceful one for every living creature on our beautiful planet. I hope that a magical divine ray of love, wisdom, and humanity will shine through the hearts of all people and their leaders. I wish this would miraculously warm their hearts and enlighten their souls to make a genuine effort for eternal peace on Earth.

Saadi (circa 1188-1290), a great Persian poet, writer, and thinker from Shiraz whose most famous works are the Boostan (The Orchard) and the Golestan (The Rose Garden), wrote  (Let me offer you my humble translation) :      

The descendants of Adam (human beings) are from one another,
In creation (they) are from the same essence.
If fate brings pain to one organ,
Other organs will not be at peace (ease).
If you are not sorrowful from others' suffering,
You are not worthy of being called a human being.

Happy Norooz and Spring,
To my friends, and companions, and loved ones.
Oh God, in honor of your shining light,
Please send love and goodness in the Spring.
A year full of grace and kindness,
Grant us from Your mercy.
Oh God of love, I humbly ask you,
For a good year full of mercy and love.
So peace, sincerity, and good fortune,
Will cover the entire universe.
For the sake of this Spring and Your pure love,
For the sake of Your grace and merciful essence,
Oh God, Oh King of both worlds,
Please forgive and pardon us in both worlds.
 
 
As the Supreme God of love revives nature with an abundance of beauty, color, and bounty in this coming equinox and spring which always coincides with the ancient Persian New Year, Norooz, I would like to offer my best wishes for a year embodied with health, love, peace, prosperity, happiness, and harmony. In our wonderful journey of life on this Earth another year has passed, and I sincerely hope the new Spring Enshallah (God willing) marks a new era in the dimension of time and history of the world for a long lasting world peace, prosperity, and harmony. I earnestly and humbly pray to the loving God of love, the Divine Supreme Master Creator of the Universe who created everything out of love, that this coming new Spring and Norooz ushers in a new era in the history of our beautiful planet Earth in terms of ending the ongoing wars, hunger, disparity, poverty, and conflicts.  I earnestly hope that we all make a true peaceful effort towards the mutual dialogue, understanding, and respect for every race, creed, religion, nationality, background, etc. Let us remember that in this short time that we have left on this beautiful planet before we continue to our higher journey, the only true capital that we can take with us are our good words, thoughts, deeds, and efforts. I sincerely wish everyone again as manifested in my above poem and translations, health, happiness, peace, prosperity, serenity, and especially love in your hearts in this new spring and Norooz.
 
I hope that every one of us in this New Year and Spring will allow love and compassion to burn all the ills and bad memories of the past so our hearts and souls can become fertile and the new flower buds of good intentions and wishes will bloom once again. Let us all join our hands, hearts and mind together and make this year the best year that we have ever had on this magnificent and beautiful spaceship Earth, full of love, peace and harmony. Let us all humbly join together in prayer and ask the God and Creator of love and Universe to help us all to wish and work towards that noble intention and goal. Let us remember that love is the only thing that can quicken the energy of our souls and love is the only healer of all the ills of humanity.
 
After all, as my beloved teacher Rumi has stated a long time ago, the Supreme Divine Creator has created the whole Universe because of lover and mercy. Let me offer you my humble translations below:

For love, God created the whole universe,
Every particle benefited from God’s Sun.
If it was not for the pure love,
When would I (God) have given existence to the universe?
I erected the grand universe,
So you could comprehend the grandeur of love.
The spinning of galaxies is from the wave of love,
Were it not for love, the world would perish.

Love is from eternity and will last till eternity,
Seekers of love will be infinite.
Tomorrow when the judgment day appears,
Whatever heart that is not in love will be rejected.

Love is a description of the sovereign God,
Being in love with anything else is an illusion.
Whatever besides the love for the most graceful God,
Even if it is eating sugar is (really) an anguish.

Fear is not even a hair in front of love,
Everything is expendable in the path of love.
Love is the description of the Almighty,
But fear is the description of the servant (man)
afflicted by lust and emptiness.
The fearful devout runs on foot,
The lovers leap faster than lightning and wind.
How would the fearful even catch the dust of love?
The passion of love makes the sky its carpet.


I sincerely wish that we all follow Rumi’s grand teachings in this new Spring and,

Set a fire in your heart from love,
Burn all ill thoughts & statements.    
God stayed & everything else left,
Be happy, oh fierce love, the burner of all our ills.
