Project Designed by Ware Malcomb Wins Best of NAIOP AZ Award

May 16, 2012 - PRLog -- Phoenix, Arizona – Cosma Power Systems has been selected by NAIOP Arizona, the Commercial Real Estate Development Association, for the Industrial Tenant Improvement of the Year Award. International design firm, Ware Malcomb provided interior architecture and design services for this project.

The Best of NAIOP Awards is an annual awards competition with 28 different categories, sponsored by NAIOP Arizona (http://www.naiopaz.org/). This year, two projects designed by Ware Malcomb were nominated for the Industrial Tenant Improvement category: Cosma Power Systems and HES Assa Abloy.

Ware Malcomb provided architectural and interior design services for Cosma Power Systems, (www.cosma.com/) a leading global metal forming supplier.  The 166,700 square foot tenant improvement included manufacturing and warehouse areas, as well as office spaces. Cosma Power Systems is located at 4570 West Lower Buckeye Road in Phoenix, Arizona.   The project was nominated for the Best of NAIOP Awards competition by the General Contractor for the project, Willmeng Construction Inc.
