Dr. Craig Hine Welcomes Dr. Friedrich To The Hine Dental "Family"

June 9, 2012 - PRLog -- Serving the Muskogee area since 1915, the Hine family legacy continues today with Dr. Craig C. Hine. The Hine legacy has created a patient loyalty as seen by a recent expansion into Bixby and the addition of a new (non-Hine) dentist, Dr. Friedrich. Dr. Hine says he knew almost immediately that Dr. Friedrich would be a great fit. “He is such a great person and dentist; great with the patients, my team, and myself.”

Dr. Friedrich arrived at Hine Dental in March 2012 with notable credentials. Earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Zoology with a Biomedical Sciences option from the University of Oklahoma in 2006, he then graduated from the University of Oklahoma College of Dentistry with a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree in 2011. While pursuing his dental degree he gained experience in the area of restorative dentistry, oral surgery, pediatric dentistry, and restoration of implants, to name a few. A public health externship with the Indian Health Service in Claremore, OK in 2010 as well as a private practice externship in 2011 in Moore, OK amply prepared him for his position at Hine Dental. When asked what drew him to dentistry, Dr. Friedrich replied, “the opportunity to work with my hands, interact directly with people, and the enjoyment of making patients happy.”

An avid music lover and drummer, Dr. Hine had hoped Dr. Friedrich would like music. Jokingly, Dr. Friedrich replied, “I have absolutely no musical abilities, but I do enjoy a variety of activities such as hunting and camping.” Fortunately, what the two doctors do have in common is a shared philosophy of dentistry. Confident his patients will quickly trust Dr. Friedrich, Dr. Hine noted, “[they] will be treated with respect and honesty. He is a true Christian man and [clearly] a stand-up guy.”

Many kind words were offered from Dr. Hine as well as the office staff regarding Dr. Friedrich’s joining the team. “If you are nice, honest and smell good you will do very good,” smiled Dr. Hine. The staff insisted, “We love having Dr. Friedrich as part of the team. Always willing to answer phones, take out the trash, or sterilize a room, his actions define what it is to be a true team player. He displays genuine compassion and concern for the health and well-being of our patients.”
