Buttonwood Adds New Attraction for Busy Season

June 12, 2012 - PRLog -- Buttonwood Campground recently added a new attraction to its resort in Mifflintown, PA.  This family destination, which resides just 45 miles northwest of Harrisburg, purchased the popular Lazer Frenzy laser maze from Creative Works - http://www.LazerFrenzy.com.

Dennis McFarland, the owner of this park, understands what it takes to succeed as an entertainment venue.  His facility was just one of four resorts to receive the “Park of the Year” award from the National Association of RV Parks and Campgrounds in 2011.  He used his knowledge and experience to find a new attraction to add to his game room in order to increase revenue, and Lazer Frenzy was the answer he was looking for.  With a small footprint of just 180 square feet and a high throughput – the average game lasts about 45 seconds – the attraction was a perfect solution for his game room.

After coordinating all build-out requirements for the room, Creative Works installed the attraction in May of 2012, just in time for the park’s busy season to start on Memorial Day weekend.  Since that time, Dennis and his son Ryan have been very pleased with the results they’ve seen.  “Lazer Frenzy has been doing really well at our facility,” said Ryan McFarland.  “During our busy Memorial Day weekend, we had over 300 plays on the game!”
