Phoenix, AZ - Reflection Key, LLC purchased 30,404 SF for $2,500,000 at Reflection Bay, 2932 North 14th St. Trisha A. Talbot, CCIM, Kathleen M. Morgan, CCIM, and Julie A. Johnson, CCIM, represented the seller.

Chandler, AZ - Chandler Professional Investments, LLC purchased 12,725 SF for $1,399,750 at Regency Park Chandler, 1475 West Chandler Boulevard. Nicholas A. Pelusio represented the seller.

Mesa, AZ - Baseline Pain Management, LLC purchased 5,885 SF for $542,985 at Pierpont Commerce Center, 4860 East Baseline Road. Julie A. Johnson, CCIM, represented the buyer.

Sun City West, AZ - KM Properties #10, LLC purchased 1,880 SF for $130,000 at Camino Medical, 13629 West Camino Del Sol. Nicholas A. Pelusio and Kevin Helland, MBA, represented the seller.
