Naturo Health Solutions Hosts Anti-Aging & Rejuvenation Healing Retreat

The retreat will be held at the Garden Plaza Hotel Friday July 27 through Sunday July 29. Dr. Christy Jenkins and other natural health practitioners will be present at the event to provide treatments and advice for attendees.   Dr. Jenkins looks forward to providing St. Louisans the opportunity to partake in 3 days of healing and rejuvenation.

Participants will learn about the body and how to live healthier in their day-to-day lives. They will be provided hands-on, head-to-toe analysis and treatment to work on the body and bring rejuvenation to their entire self.  Retreat attendees will receive health screenings and tests, alternative health treatments, and medical spa treatments.  Treatments available include reflexology, acupressure, facials, mud therapy, aromatherapy, and much more. Organic raw foods, juices, and protein shakes will be available at all meals. Those who join the retreat should expect a weekend of relaxation and healing.

During the retreat, attendees will have the opportunity to take part in seminars on a variety of health topics, such as hormone therapy and weight management.
