Design & Construction are Complete for CORE F.I.T. in Costa Mesa, CA

Sept. 19, 2012 - PRLog -- Costa Mesa, California – International design firm Ware Malcomb (www.waremalcomb.com) is proud to announce that design and construction are now complete for CORE Fitness Integrated Training’s (CORE F.I.T.) new facility, located at 121 East 18th Street, Costa Mesa, California 92627.

This comprehensive renovation project includes the redesign of an existing gym into a 5,000 square feet, state-of-the-art personal training facility. The single story facility includes an updated exterior façade, a reception area, workout area, private therapy rooms, and restrooms with showers and lockers.  

The exterior is updated with base-mounted dimensional signage made of mill finish aluminum and a wood and glass building front. The interior space is designed in a sleek, modern style with plastic laminate, stainless steel reveals, and a blue glass transaction top in the reception area. The spacious work out area is finished with rubber floor tiles, sheet bamboo flooring, high end pendant lighting, and stylish, energy-efficient industrial fans. Ceramic wall tiles with glass mosaic accent tile bands finish out the restrooms.

In addition to the exterior signage, Ware Malcomb's graphic design studio wm graphics provided additional services to CORE F.I.T. including website design, brochure design, and business card and letterhead design refinement.

John Carrido from CORE F.I.T. and Wendi Young Design (http://www.wendiyoung.com/) provided design direction, construction management, and job site supervision.

The General Contractor for the project was Valley Commercial Contractors (http://www.valley.cc/).
