Ware Malcomb Provides Design Services for Prologis

Oct. 30, 2012 - PRLog -- Secaucus, New Jersey – International design firm Ware Malcomb is proud to announce that design and construction are now complete for buildings one and two at Prologis Park Secaucus. Both facilities are located at One Enterprise Avenue in Secaucus, New Jersey, minutes away from Manhattan, New York.

Building one is an 101,600 square foot speculative industrial project with a single-loaded warehouse, load-bearing precast panels, and a 36-foot clear height. Speculative offices are included in the design, allowing for the space to be divided into four separate areas for multiple tenant usage.

Building two is a 243,750 square foot build-to-suit industrial facility for a retail tenant. It has a double-loaded distribution center and 10,000 square feet of office space. The brand new 36-foot clear height and load-bearing precast panel building will be the distribution center for four locations of a major retail chain through-out Manhattan.
