Hofbräuhaus Brewery & Restaurant Now Open in Rosemont

Their special brewing process of classic Bavarian beers begins with original recipes handed down from the Duke of Bavaria himself, Wilhelm V, who started Hofbräuhaus in 1589. Beers include four year round varieties, the Premium and Light Lagers, the Dunkel, and the Hefe Weizen, as well as seasonal specialties like the Oktoberfest, Maibock Pilsner and Hefe Weizen Dunkel.
