Precision Dynamics Corporate Headquarters Project Now Complete

March 5, 2013 - PRLog -- Valencia, California – International design firm Ware Malcomb (www.waremalcomb.com) is proud to announce that design and construction are now complete for Precision Dynamics Corporation’s (PDC) new corporate headquarters, located at 27770 North Entertainment Drive, Suite 200, Valencia, California 91355.

This interior renovation project resulted from the merging of two companies into one new office headquarters, uniting the PDC brand. The 44,000 square feet of new office space includes a reception area, open and private offices, conference rooms, data centers, IT rooms, break room, coffee bar, and a 10,000 square feet call center.

Precision Dynamics’ new sophisticated headquarters showcases an innovative, clean, contemporary design, including an open floor plan. Flexible workspaces are incorporated to promote creativity, collaboration and a sense of community which includes a vibrant break room, and designated areas through-out for socializing.

With a focus on being environmentally responsible, eco-friendly recycled materials are used throughout the space. Various sustainable items in the design include reclaimed wood paneling in the lobby and conference rooms, and ceilings and carpet tiles made of recycled materials.

The General Contractor for the project was Intertex Companies (www.intertexcompanies.com).
