Design & Construction Complete for Arizona Blue Stake Renovation

IRVINE, Calif. - March 19, 2013 - PRLog -- Leading International Design firm, Ware Malcomb, is proud to announce the completion of Arizona Blue Stake’s project located in the Tempe Business Center at 1405 W. Auto Drive in Tempe, Arizona.

Ware Malcomb provided interior design services for the renovation of Arizona Blue Stake’s recently purchased, 27,438 square foot, two-story office building. The first phase of the project included a complete renovation to the first floor of the building and various site improvements. The scope of work totaled approximately 14,152 square feet of interior space, which consisted of a multi-tenant entry lobby, a 40-person training facility separated from the office space, a large board room, and a cafe break area. Ware Malcomb provided programming, space planning, schematic design, design development, contract documents, contract administration, and furniture services for the project.

Arizona Blue Stake places high value on employee comfort and team interaction. The focal point of the space is the Call Center and open office area. High, open ceilings and bright colors emulate Arizona Blue Stake’s brand setting an energetic tone while exterior glazing provides views and daylighting to the occupants. Hints of lime-green and the use of natural materials such as walnut wood paneling and granite can be found in the large conference room. The café-like break area consists of a high bar with pendant lights and features a glass roll-up garage door entry to a patio for barbecues and informal collaboration.
