Ware Malcomb Provides Design Services for Airgas, Inc.

IRVINE, Calif. - April 2, 2013 - PRLog -- Levittown, Pennsylvania – International design firm Ware Malcomb is proud to announce that design and construction are now complete for Airgas, Inc.’s new regional facility located at 2501 Green Lane in Levittown, Pennsylvania. Headquartered in Radnor Township, Pennsylvania, Airgas offers the largest national distribution network in the U.S. packaged gas industry.

Ware Malcomb provided design services for the 248,000 square foot industrial building, which consists of 40,000 square feet of office and 208,000 square feet of warehouse distribution space. The office area has a two-story entry lobby, private and open office environments, conference rooms, and training areas. The warehouse features load bearing precast panels, 32 feet clear height and 36 dock positions. Airgas uses this facility for its safety division sales and regional distribution of welding and safety products.
