Facts & Figures: Public Briefing on Staten Island Highlights of Jewish Community Study Of New York

April 3, 2013 - PRLog -- The Office of Jewish Community Affairs of Staten Island together with the JCC of Staten Island and UJA-Federation of New York  arranged a briefing of highlights for the Staten Island Community from the comprehensive, in-depth portrait of the New York Jewish community in 2011; on April 11th at 9am to take place at the
The Joan and Alan Bernikow Jewish Community Center  Staten Island.

“As they have with previous studies, the results will be used to support more informed decisions in planning, service delivery, fundraising, and other activities,” said Scott Shay, chair of the Jewish Community Study of New York committee. Jennifer Rosenberg, UJA-Federation’s director of research and director of the study, added, “The findings from the study will be used by our beneficiary agencies, synagogues, academics, public officials, and the media."

The highlights of the study will be presented to the community by  Jennifer Rosenberg, UJA-Federation's director of research and director of the study the event takes place on April 11th at 9:00am.
