Ware Malcomb Enters the Mexico City and Houston Markets

IRVINE, Calif. - June 4, 2013 - PRLog -- Irvine, California – International design firm, Ware Malcomb (http://www.waremalcomb.com/) continues to expand by formally entering both the Mexico City and Houston, Texas markets.

Since 2003, Ware Malcomb has been designing projects throughout Mexico.  The new Mexico City office will help the firm continue to expand its reach and better serve clients.  Ware Malcomb has designed over 7 million square feet of projects throughout Mexico.  wm Mexico City will be overseen by Regional Director, Latin America Andres Galvis who shares,  "We are excited to be opening our Mexico City Office.  For 10 years, we have been working with clients throughout Mexico on a variety of office and industrial projects.   Simon Ponce has joined our team as Project Manager and has over 12 years of experience working in industrial, retail, education, healthcare, and technology type projects in this market."

Ware Malcomb has entered the Houston, Texas market and has brought on seasoned industry professional, David Valtierra, AIA to the team.    As Project Architect, David will help lead the growth of our design services in Houston.  David is a licensed architect in both Texas and Arizona and has over 25 years of design and construction experience.     Regional Vice President Matt Brady shares, "Houston has been a target market for several years, as we continue to focus on servicing our clients through-out all regions within the United States.  Ware Malcomb is already working on several office and industrial projects in Houston.  We are excited to have  David on board to help lead our expansion into Texas.
