Ware Malcomb Awarded Hammes Company's Medical Office Building Project

IRVINE, Calif. - June 11, 2013 - PRLog -- Santa Rosa, California – International design firm, Ware Malcomb is proud to announce that design has begun for Hammes Company’s medical office building project located on the new Sutter Medical Center Campus in Santa Rosa, California.

This highly collaborative project includes the design of a three-story medical office building totaling approximately 80,000 square feet, including core and shell.  The design will include Type II Business Occupancy throughout the building, OSHPD III design, predominantly punched windows, storefront accents in key entry areas, and an entry canopy for patient drop-off.

Hammes Company is the developer, owner and property manager for the building.  Sutter Medical Center of Santa Rosa will be the major tenant of the multi-tenant building.
