City View Pharmacy Combats Mail Order Trend by Expanding Free Delivery Service to Westchester & LI

Recently legislation was passed in New York to protect most patients from the warehouse pharmacy trend so that patients may fill prescriptions at brick-and-mortar pharmacies without penalty. But, particularly in cases of prescriptions they label "specialty drugs" for the chronically ill, insurance companies have been slow to inform their members and/or comply with the law. So slow, in fact, that earlier this month New York State Attorney General Eric Schneiderman got involved by fielding complaints from unhappy patients and contacting insurance companies directly.
